WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your order has been processed.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
US orders can be tracked by clicking here. Once your order is placed, please allow one to three business days for the order to be packed and shipped. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so that you can track your order in transit. For domestic orders, please allow up tot seven business days for your package to arrive after it has been shipped.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We also cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct, as Annam Holistic is not responsible for any mistakes. Thank you.
DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR RETURNS?
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations or returns. Annam Holistic reserves the right to refuse any return at any time.
MY ORDER SAYS IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT. CAN YOU HELP?
Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or if it has been lost in transit by the carrier. We would be happy to assist you.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please complete the contact us form and include a photo of your damaged item within 48 hours of receiving your product. Our customer service team will review it and get back to you.

DOES ANNAM HOLISTIC SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
Currently, we are not shipping outside the US. We do plan to ship internationally in the near future.

HOW DOES THE ANNAM HOLISTIC SUBSCRIPTION WORK?
Annam Holistic's Subscription service offers the most convenient way to get your products delivered to your door, on your schedule. Simply choose your desired products and delivery frequency, and we'll ensure your products are automatically replenished according to your preferences - which can be adjusted at any time. Plus, subscribers get 20% off and free shipping on all subscription orders as well as early access to new product launches. At this time, subscriptions are only available for US customers.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME?
Yes, you can cancel at your leisure by going to the 'Subscriptions' section of your account and clicking 'Edit'. Then select 'Cancel' from the radio buttons and click 'Save Changes.'
CAN I SKIP A DELIVERY?
Yes, you can update your subscription preferences by visiting the 'Subscriptions' section of your Account and clicking 'Manage'. You can skip a delivery or select a new timeframe from the radio buttons and then clicking 'Save Changes.'
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Yes, you can update your delivery preferences by visiting the 'Subscriptions' section of your Account and clicking "Manage.' Then select a new timeframe from the radio buttons and click 'Save Changes.'
CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCTS IN MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You are always welcome to add a new product to your subscription, however in order to swap a subscription product, you will need to cancel your current subscription and re-purchase a new one with your desired product.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION?
Changes to your Subscription can be made 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment date.
CAN I BUY A SUBSCRIPTION AS A GIFT?
Yes, you can set up Subscription that ships to the recipient, and you will be billed as each order is processed. You can cancel at your leisure.

WHAT IS MANNA?
Manna is another name for Ormus or ORMES which is a combination of over 84 M-State elements (Gold, Silver, Copper, Platinum, etc) known for their miraculous properties and are 10,000 times more abundant than their solid counterparts. They are known for healing the body, repairing cells, and even correcting DNA.
ARE ALL ANNAM HOLISTIC PRODUCTS VEGAN?
Yes, our products are natural, cruelty-free, vegan, simple, and formulated without gluten, sulfates, synthetics, BHT, and PEGS.
ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?
All of our products are safe and have been developed, manufactured, and packaged in compliance with the laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable in each country in which they are sold. If you are pregnant or nursing and have any concerns about cosmetic products or ingredients you should discuss these with your healthcare provider.
ARE ALL OF THE PRODUCTS FREE FROM SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCE? WHAT DO THEY SMELL LIKE?
All of the products are free from synthetic fragrance and made with natural essential oils only. Most of our products are made without scent unless it is beneficial to the formulas created and we do have the options to choose unscented for scented products. Without essential oils added our products have the natural smell of our ingredients (cocoa butter, shea butter, coconut oil, hemp seed oil, hemp plant, etc.)
WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE AND FORMULATED?
The products are made and formulated in the state of Virginia, USA.
ARE THE PRODUCTS SAFE FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, most of our products are designed to be friendly for kids. They are made with minimal ingredients, natural, and without synthetics or complex formulas. We do plan to release a collection made just for the delicate skin of babies and kids to release at a future date. Products like body scrub and face and body wash should be avoided for children use because products may burn eyes or cuts and scratches.
MY CREAM HAS ARRIVED MELTED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
All of our products are made natural without synthetics. Heat may affect the arrival of our butters and creams. If product arrives melted it is no issue and will not effect the quality of the product. Please avoid opening product and place it in a bowl of ice for 15-30 minutes or until it is re-solidified. We recommend during summer months to plan ahead and not leave package outside in heat after delivery.

SHIPPING
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all order over $40 in the United States. We offer the following shipping options: Standard - $10 flat rate with delivery in five to eight business days via USPS. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O/APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS. Priority Two Day - $20 priority rate with delivery via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer International Shipping and plan to in the future.

You can track your order by clicking here. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within one to three business days, except during holidays.
SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS
Packages undeliverable by FedEx or USPS will be canceled and refunded once recieved and processed.
