SHIPPING

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 in the United States. We offer the following shipping options:

Standard - $10 flat rate with delivery in five to eight business days via FedEx SmartPost. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O./APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.

Priority Two Day - $20 priority rate with delivery via FedEx.

International Shipping - Currently we are not offering International Shipping until we are able to have a suficient long distance shipping standard. We sell live materials and certain products can be perishable if not cared for properly. We plan to update our shipping internationally as our company expands in the near future. Thank you for your patience as we come up with a sustanable solution.

Order Tracking - You can track your order by clicking here. If tracking is not available yet, it will become available once your order has been fulfilled. Most orders are fulfilled within one to three business days, except during holidays.

Shipping Disruptions - Packages undeliverable by FedEx or USPS will be cancled and refunded once recieved and processed at our shipping hub.

Shipping Details - All of our products are live materials made without synthetic preservatives. We only ship Monday-Wednesday for Standard shipping for your purchase to arrive unperished without having to sit in the warehouse.
